Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
2 eggs (large)
1 3/4 cup spelt flour
1 cup cane sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup plant based milk (rice/almond)
1/4 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
a squeeze of honey
Journey
Start with preheating the oven to 220 degrees.
Smash the 3 bananas with a fork. Add the eggs to this mixture and whisk it up.
Take another bowl and put in all the dry ingredients: spelt flour, sugar, baking soda & cinnamon.
Add the melted coconut oil to the mixture and whisk it up.
Then put all the wet ingredients (bananas+eggs) to the mixture.
Finish with a squeeze of honey and 1/4 cup of Walnuts. Whisk up nicely and divide the mixture over the baking tray.
Put in the oven for 1 hour on 200 degrees.
Tips
Bananas must be very ripe for fabulous result. Guaranty for new friends!
