Ingredients

  • Basic ingredients
  • 70 grams (small can) tomato paste

  • 5 cm fresh ginger

  • 1 fresh hot pepper

  • 1 shalot (onion)

  • 2 gloves garlic

  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala spices

  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder

  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds

  • salt & pepper

  • olive oil

Journey

  • Start with putting the onion, garlic & hot pepper in the food processor. Rattle until smooth.
  • Add all the other ingredients and rattle again until you have a nice and smooth texture.
