Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)

  • 2 eggs (large)

  • 1 3/4 cup spelt flour

  • 1 cup cane sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 cup plant based milk (rice/almond)

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • a squeeze of honey

Journey

  • Start with preheating the oven to 220 degrees.
  • Smash the 3 bananas with a fork. Add the eggs to this mixture and whisk it up.
  • Take another bowl and put in all the dry ingredients: spelt flour, sugar, baking soda & cinnamon.
  • Add the melted coconut oil to the mixture and whisk it up.
  • Then put all the wet ingredients (bananas+eggs) to the mixture.
  • Finish with a squeeze of honey and 1/4 cup of Walnuts. Whisk up nicely and divide the mixture over the baking tray.
  • Put in the oven for 1 hour on 200 degrees.

Tips

  • Bananas must be very ripe for fabulous result. Guaranty for new friends!
