You can make ice cream faster than running to the supermarket!

Ingredients

  • Kitchen equipment
  • food processor

  • Base
  • 3 frozen bananas

  • handful pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup plant based milk (almond/rice)

  • Chocolate ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

  • chocolate bar

  • Berry ice cream
  • 1 cup frozen berries

Journey

  • Take the banana’s out of the freezer. Put them in the food processor, together with the dates and plant based milk.
    Rattle for about 3 minutes until you have a nice ice cream texture. Serve straightaway.

Tips

  • Before putting the 3 banana’s in the freezer it’s important to slice them first in chunks of 2 cm.
  • The banana’s must be in the freezer for at least 5 hours before you start to make the ice cream.
  • Making your own favorite ice cream was never this easy. Throw everything you like in the mix and ENJOY!
