Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 1 can brown lentils

  • 200 gr split red lentils

  • 3 carrots

  • 1 glove of garlic

  • 1 can tomato paste

  • 1 cub vegetable stock

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder

  • salt & pepper

  • 100/150 gr blue cheese

  • 1.2 litres boiling water

Journey

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor, except for the blue cheese and boiling water. Turn on for about 3 minutes or until you have a nice paste.
  • Add 200ml of boiling water to the food processor. Turn on for about a minute. IMPORTANT: Avoid soup on your ceiling; leave the feed tube of the food processor open!
  • Put the mixture in a pan. Add the remaining water. Heat up until boiling. Then simmer for about 25 minutes and stir occasionally.
  • Season to taste. Finish the soup by pouring in a bowl and adding 3 small cubes of blue cheese.
