Ingredients
400gr (1 can) chickpeas
2 tablespoons paprika powder
3/4 shakes chili powder
olive oil
salt
Journey
Start with preheating the oven to 200 degrees.
Rinse and dry the chickpeas.
Place the dried chickpeas on an oven tray and sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil on them.
Take the paprika-, chili powder & salt and sprinkle on the chickpeas.
Place in the middle of the oven and roast for 30 minutes or until nice and golden.
Tips
Take your healthy chips as a snack to work, or when watching a series.
Super nice together with the ‘Lemon creme fraiche dip’!
