Ingredients

  • 400gr (1 can) chickpeas

  • 2 tablespoons paprika powder

  • 3/4 shakes chili powder

  • olive oil

  • salt

Journey

  • Start with preheating the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Rinse and dry the chickpeas.
  • Place the dried chickpeas on an oven tray and sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil on them.
  • Take the paprika-, chili powder & salt and sprinkle on the chickpeas.
  • Place in the middle of the oven and roast for 30 minutes or until nice and golden.

Tips

  • Take your healthy chips as a snack to work, or when watching a series.
  • Super nice together with the ‘Lemon creme fraiche dip’!
